JS Power and Airlie Bird Link Up
Hull FC mascot, Airlie Bird has a new partner after JS Power Limited agreed to sponsor the iconic symbol of local pride.
The Hull mascot is extremely popular, especially with the vast army of FC junior fans and the Airlie Bird has become a real icon.
JS Power Director Jonathan Searby said: “Although we work all over the world, JS Power is based in Hull and we all have strong community ties to the city.
“When Hull FC suggested we sponsor the Airlie Bird, we thought it was a great opportunity to sponsor a local icon, a symbol of local pride that appears at events around the city. We’re delighted to be associated with Hull FC and help lead the support at the KC Stadium.”
Hull FC Chief Executive James Rule added: “The Airlie Bird is an iconic mascot known throughout the world of rugby league. We are delighted that he will be wearing the JS Power brand. This is a company that shares the community focus of Hull FC and we look forward to working in partnership with them”.
