Hong Kong Bio-Diesel
Hong Kong is set to receive the first Bio-Diesel generator into the territory in 2012.
Designed to operate on 100% EN14214 standard fuel or any blend of bio-diesel and conventional mineral diesel.
Working together with our approved representative in the Asia Pacific region, Hong Kong based, Westwood Limited, JS Power will be supplying a Scania 400kVA prime rated generator to their client with support provided by both companies.
With their client wanting a greener alternative to a conventional mineral diesel generator, Bio-Diesel proved to be the ideal alternative to the other options available.
Working with local fuel suppliers, most of the feedstock will come from used vegetable oil to prevent it from being re-introduced into Mainland China’s food chain.
