The newspaper business is one of the most competitive industries in the world, so the upheaval and lost time from dealing with a power cut is not an option.
JS Power were asked to provide standby power to ensure that time and money were never lost due to a power failure. Our client wanted to remain competitive regardless of what happened to the mains power.
Like so many companies, this popular city newspaper also wanted to be more environmentally responsible.

We worked with the client’s preferred electrical contractor and supplied a 200kVA biodiesel generator, with integral bunded fuel tank. Within the sound attenuated canopy resides everything to keep the editor’s mind at rest – well, everything concerning his power supply, anyway.
Offering all the features of a traditional diesel generator, with the added benefits of low carbon emissions and environmentally safe fuel, biodiesel generators are proving to be a clean alternative to diesel for many environmentally concerned clients.
