Backing up the Manor
Brief:
Supply a 45kVA Diesel Generator and automatic transfer panel to supply backup power in the event of a mains failure.
Located in rural Hampshire, the end client wanted to ensure that even though they would be the first affected in a power cut, they would not be too long before they could resume their normal lives, no matter when the power would be restored.
Solution:
JS Power, working with the client, supplied a 45kVA Diesel generator and automatic transfer panel. JS Power generators are designed to be up, running as soon as possible upon a mains failure. Typically 10 – 15 seconds.
Using a heavy duty industrial Perkins engine, with a base fuel tank of 220 litres the generator will be able to cope with a power outage of up to 20 hours at full load.
